Happy and grateful for your contact and hoping to be able to accommodate you soon in our facility, we kindly invite you to take a look at our internal regulations.
1. RESERVATION.
The reservation request can be made only by electronic mail.
Subsequent to your request, you will receive a non-binding price proposal.
Confirmation of the reservation becomes final in two steps:
1. Upon receipt of your confirmation, with acknowledgement of our internal regulations and
2. Upon receipt of the deposit to be sent by bank transfer in the amount of €. 300.00 ( the data for the transfer will be sent to you directly by us)
2. CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
In case of cancellation of the reservation, if notified by e-mail at least 4 weeks from the start of your stay, your deposit will not be lost as it will be replaced by a Holiday Voucher to spend on a future vacation at our Hotel (within one year from the date of issue).
If the cancellation notice is given less than 4 weeks before arrival, we will unfortunately be forced to retain the deposit amount.
In the event that a reservation has been made without sending a deposit, (point 1) you are kindly requested to send notice of cancellation anyway, as the room remains optioned in your name for a specified period.
3. CHECK-IN
Check-in is possible in our facility from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
